    • The coach may ask questions to better understand your motivation, strengths, and areas for growth.  

  • Coaching Process Overview:

    • The Coach will explain how their coaching process works, including methodologies or tools they use, the frequency of sessions. And how progress is measured. 

    • They may describe different coaching packages or options available.

  • Opportunity for Questions:

    • You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have about the coaching process, the coach’s qualifications, or what to expect in the future sessions. 

  • Discussion of Commitment:

    • The Coach may talk about the importance of commitment to the coaching relationship and what that entails from both sides.  

    • This may include the need for open communication and setting boundaries.  

  • Confidentiality and Ethics:

    • The Coach will likely address confidentiality and ethical consideration in the coaching relationship to ensure a safe space for sharing.

  • Next Steps:

    • If you’re interested in moving forward, the coach might outline the next steps, including scheduling a follow-up session or signing up for a coaching package.

    • You may also receive some initial resources or exercises to consider before committing.
